It's very simple! Once you had read our Terms and Conditions, check for your best option (Flower or Garden Decor, Size, Period and Delivery options).
Go to our Online Store - Look on the left menu Decor Club Products. Select your best option with all the features you need and make the payment. Our customer will start receiving our products the next month after the order is placed.

Monthly Flower Decor
Receive the most beautiful, elegant and fresh floral arrangements creations at your location, home, office or business just doing clicks. Also, let us know some features about what you need or want! Although we work on the base of availability of seasonal flowers, we try to help as much a we can.
Our customer pays in advance 1, 3 or 6 months and receives one fresh and beautiful flower bouquet delivery during each month for the period paid. Enjoy the beautiful flowers design in our beautiful vases. All floral bases or vases are in rent. Free Shipping for Period Pay of 3 and 6 months
The customer selects the week of the month (1st to the 4th) and the day (between Monday to Friday) to receive the delivery starting on the next month after the order is placed. We need at least three weekdays days to deliver the first order.

If customer paid one month period, the vase will be picked up at the end of the month. See Terms and Conditions.
If customer paid more than one month, at the moment of the next delivery, we will pick-up the old vase and replace it for the new fresh and beautiful flower bouquet and so on until finished.
- Monthly Garden Decor (special for lobbies)
Receive one beautiful and unique plant garden in rent made with natural healthy and beautiful plants (could include any ornamental plants in bloom or not) to display it for 1, 3 or 6 months at the delivered location such as home, office or business (Terms and conditions apply) just doing clicks.
All our garden designs are unique with the sense of nature, creativity and dedicate labor. Choose category size between small and medium options.
Our customer pays in advance 1, 3 or 6 months plus a deposit charge and receives in rent one precious garden during the period paid. As soon as the garden is picked up in good condition (Terms and Conditions apply depending on our availability), at the end of the term paid, the deposit charge will be returned to the customer.

If the garden requires a special but simple care, this will be noticed to the customer. Pictures are just representation of some of our different sizes creations or features that come with them.
Garden sizes usually vary depending on the base used, plants quantity, type of plants and complexity of the design. However, a general size is presented for each option.

- Deliveries are made only to specific zip codes. Look them at INFO -Frequently Questions on our website.
- Cancellations, suspensions and address changes must be made at least three days before the expected delivery date or the date the customer wish to suspend, cancel or change the location of the delivery. Otherwise no refunds can be made.
- Once the payment has been made and according to the selected options, the customer will receive the products on that basis. If any change is needed, the customer needs to contact promply by message, on our website or by phone.
- In case of a delay the customer will be informed to coordinate a new delivery option.
- All floral bases and gardens are property from GLF. Customer can purchase them letting us know the interest. However, we reserve our right to acept or deny the purchase of the product. In case we accept the customer will be informed the price of it.
- The garden and floral designs are from our beautiful choice and we try to maintain the sizes selected by the customer.
- If customer requires specific features, like color or special flowers, we suggest to contact us before place the order to be sure if we can fill the expectations. We will be happy to help as much as we can. However, at the moment of the order placement, customer can let us know about specific features as well in the space for that. In case we can not fulfill the recommendations, we will contact the customer to help as much as we can. If not, the refund to the customer apply.
- The GLF designs are constantly changing depending on the availability of flowers and foliage. The pictures used on the web are for references only.
- Once the arrangement is delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to take care of the floral arrangement. At the moment of the delivery if necessary we will give to the customer a simple direction or recommendation to maintain them beautiful.
- Deliveries can be easily modified or stopped by contacting our email greenlabfactory2022@gmail.com at least three days before the delivery day, otherwise no refund can be made. We expect our customers comprehension. We work on the basis of flowers and stuff orders that we paid in advance to fulfill expectations of our customers.
- The delivery place and the pick-up place must be the same. The garden or flower decor can not be moved to a different address from it was delivered. Any question Contact Us.
- In the case of flower arrangements, once the product is delivered, a return or request for product change will be possible only if the request is made no later than two days after delivery date. This request must be related with poor quality of the product, or because the product does not fulfill the recommendations given by the customer during the order placement.
- Replacements and/or refunds after two days will be done just because an innadequate product quality. But in any case will be accepted the ones related with inadequate conditions of maintainance such as temperature, light or drought the flowers.
- The gardens are considered long last products. This means that at the end of the display or paid period, we expect the garden will be in good shape and condition. When the garden is delivered, the customer or person in charge will receive the recommendations if they are needed during the period paid.
- A deposit charge of $50 is applied to any size and period pay of Monthly Garden Decor. Our gardens are artistic pieces made with labor, care and love. This deposit just covers the lost of the materials of the garden piece. Not our labor. The deposit will be returned to the customer in cash as soon as the garden is picked up in good condition. Other wise, the time refund process applies.
- In case a floral vase can not be picked-up because the customer could not return it for some reason, its cost will be charge to the customer. Our floral vases usually are special.
- In any case when the product was delivered and the customer requires a refund, the product must be picked-up to start the refund process.
- A refund process will be issue in a 3 to 5 days window after we receive the customer request and the products delivered (if apply) were picked-up.
